Why isn't the game loading on my mobile device?
Please ensure that there is a stable internet connection so that the game can run smoothly. Sometimes, brief disconnections can cause the game to not function properly.
If your connection to the Internet is stable, then please check if the antivirus software on your mobile device is blocking the game. If you have an Android device, you may also wish to clear the game's cache, or that of other applications. If you have an iOS device, you can reinstall the game. Before reinstalling, please make sure your game account is linked to one of the available synchronization services: Facebook/Google Play/Game Center/Apple ID/Plarium ID.
If the situation does not change after performing these actions, please contact support in one of the following ways:
