Why isn't the game loading via the Plarium Play app?
Please ensure that your PC has enough free RAM and graphics memory so that the game runs and functions correctly in the app. In addition, your processor should not be overloaded with a large number of background processes.
If your PC has sufficient resources and the game still fails to boot or runs unstably, please ensure that you have a 64-bit operating system. We cannot guarantee that the app will function stably on a 32-bit operating system.
In addition, you should check that your drivers are up to date, including your graphics drivers, and install the latest version of the .NET Framework.
