I have found a bug. What should I do?

You may occasionally come across errors in Vikings: War of Clans. Some of them are harmless, while others can seriously affect gameplay. Our specialists work on resolving such issues every day, and, of course, we very much appreciate it when players help us find them.

If you've come across a bug, send it to us, and we'll do our best to deal with it!

There are two ways to do so.

A video recording of the error

Make a video from the moment you log into the game to the moment when the error appears and send it to us via the feedback form on the portal or via the Support Team section in the game Menu.

A description of the error

Describe how the issue occurs step by step. For example:

  1. I logged into the game.
  2. I opened such-and-such a window.
  3. I did this and that.
  4. Such-and-such an error occurred.

Next, send this description and any screenshots (if available) to us via the feedback form on the portal or via the Support Team section in the game Menu.

Our team will check everything and strive to eliminate the evil bug as soon as possible.
